Lukas
With over 15 years of experience, Lukas has worked in Scotland, Japan, and beyond. His sourdough, pizzas, and croissants are a testament to his craft, each bite a story of passion and precision. After opening several bakeries and training other bakers, Lukas is focused on crafting the best pastries in the city. When he’s not in the kitchen, he’s either with his family or perfecting his moves on the judo mat.
Anish
Anish’s baking journey started in Nepal and took him through India and Cyprus. Now in Dubai, his croissants are a local favorite. His croissants are like clouds - delicate, buttery, and unforgettable. With a deep-rooted passion for pushing boundaries, Anish isn’t just mastering his craft, he’s reinventing it. Outside of baking, he’s a passionate mountaineer, dreaming of climbing Everest.
Santosh
Santosh began his baking career a small bakery in Nepal and later worked in Cyprus where the endless creativity of baking captured his imagination. Now in Dubai, he’s focused on perfecting his sourdough and bread recipes. His love for baking keeps him exploring new flavors and techniques, making Dubai the ideal place to take his skills to the next level.
